Política de reembolso
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@jivonste.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Customers are responsible for following return instructions. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund!
- We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
