Shipping Policy

  • All U.S. orders will be shipped out within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
  • If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
  • All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order.

 

 

Refund Policy

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 
  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@jivonste.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  • Customers are responsible for following return instructions. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund! 
  • We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.

  • Delicate wash, cold, inside out
  • Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
  • Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments
